Nadella is specialised in the design and production of linear guide rail and rollers, divided into heavy and light load families, suitable for all applications where high speed and low noise are required and the operating environment is very aggressive. Their rails can be supplied with a single length of 6 meters, can be cut and drilled according to the customers’ needs and can be jointed together. The main application fields of Nadella’s linear guide systems are the following: Robotic, handler and pick & place systems, Packaging, Machine Tools, Wood Working Machines, Assembly Machines, Measure Instruments, Electro-medical Machines, Print machines. Linear guide systems for heavy loads This family of Nadella products consists of linear guides for simple installation at reasonable cost yet able to support high loads, at high velocity and function reliably in aggressive environments.
The most typical applications are in the foundry industry, steel fabrication equipment, metal stamping and transfer systems, automatic storage systems and material elevators among others. The family consists of rail designs GU, FS, FSH and GP. All are cold drawn solid bearing steel with induction hardened race surfaces that can be supplied both with sandblasted or ground surface treatment. Guide rollers are executed in ball, needle or tapered roller bearing designs to offer a wide range of load capacities at various price levels.
NADELLA provide a wide range of guide rollers to be able to meet different technical and economic requirements. All guide rollers are produced in concentric and eccentric versions to allow backlash adjustment during assembly on final equipment. Eccentric rollers are identified by additional R in the code.
The sides of the races of the guide roller are slightly convex. Besides reducing rolling friction, this also permits offsetting slight guide flexing or small assembly alignment errors.
Guide rollers are fitted with seals or shields for bearing protection and lubricant retention as described in dimensional tables.
Guide rollers based on needle or tapered roller bearings (FRN ... EI, RK ..., PK ...) are recommended for critical applications with heavy axial loads and / or shock loading. Guide rollers based on ball bearings (FR ... EU, PFV, RCL) are more suitable for lighter loads or high dynamic systems.
The carriages based on Rolbloc’s system are recommended for applications with heavy loads, high frequency of work and aggressive environment (dust, abrasive).
When mounting guide rails opposite to each other with connected carriages, as shown in the next sketch, a high level of parallelism between the guide rails is required when axially rigid rollers are used. To avoid operating problems, it is recommended to use axially rigid fixed rollers on one carriage e.g., FR ... EU / FRR … EU and axially movable rollers on the other carriage e.g., FRL ... EU / FRLR ... EU. Movable rollers allow a little misalignment between the opposite mounted guide rails.

Track roller with "V" groove profile on outer ring
Series RV OR LV
These tracks have a groove “V” shaped with an included angle of 120°.
This guarantees a smooth, low friction movement and a good distribution of the radial load. The structure of the “V” groove track roller with two rows of steel balls corresponds to the structure of the angular contact bearings. The units are supplied with steel protection shields and steel and rubber contact shields.
Characteristics of the guide system that series LV bearings are applied :
1. Low resistance, long service life, widely-uses
The roughness of the " V " profile surface can be reached to Ra0.32 processed by precision grind. The bearings have well parallelism between the "V" profile groove and the mount planes of inner ring relatively. When bearings working, the stresses between the bearing and cylindrical track is in equality and the friction resistance is low.
2. Easy installation
After bearing assembled the concentric or eccentric pivot, installation will be convenient. To adjust the eccentric one's eccentricity, the bearing can get the fitting proload.

The internal design of NIKO track rollers is the same as in single row or Double-row Angular Contact Ball Bearings. The units can carry axial loads in both directions and, due to the thickness of the outer ring, large radial loads.
These track rollers are available in single and double row design. They are available with straight cylindrical OD or crowned profile OD. The crowned OD is used to reduce the edge stresses caused by possible misalignment errors. The cylindrical OD can provide increased support due to the longer contact profile. There products are used typically on flat surfaces. Some of the most common applications are:

Track rollers LR 2..NPP, LR 2..RRU
These single row ball track rollers are available in two different versions.
* LR2..NPP: cylindrical OD, with contact seals protected by a metal shield.

Track rollers LR 52-53..NPPU, LR 52-53..KDD
These are double rows angular contact ball track rollers. Due to their internal design, they can carry axial loads of large magnitude. They are available in two versions:
* LR52-53..NPPU: crowned OD, contact seals protected by a metal shield.
* LR52-53..KDD: cylindrical OD, with metal shields.
The track rollers with profiled outer ring are basically Double-rows Angular Contact Ball Bearings with a reinforced and profiled outer ring. The outer ring profile allows the units to operate on round shafts or other type of profiled raceways. The outer profile can have three different designs;
* Track rollers with gothic arch groove - type LFR
* Track rollers with V shaped groove - type RV
* Track rollers with W profile - type RM

Track rollers LFR, mounting bolts and studs RC/RE
The track rollers series LFR can be used on round shafts with diameter from 4 mm to 50 mm. The contact between track roller gothic arch groove profile and shaft is on two points. This allows the units to carry loads in both axial and radial direction. The track rollers are available with either shields ZZ or contact seals 2RS.
Track rollers RV
The track rollers RV have a groove machined in the outer ring. The groove is V shaped with an included angle of 120 degrees. These units are predominantly used on shafts with diameters from 7 to 20 MM. The contact between track roller and shafts is on two points. In special cases, the units can run on profiled ways. The units are supplied with non contact shields.
Track rollers with W profile, type RM
The track rollers series RM have grooves machined in the outer ring of the unit with an included angle of 90 degree. They have been engineered to run on profiled steel elements that have identical shape. They can run on either the internal or the external surfaces of the outer ring. They are available with either non-contacting shields ZZ or contact seals 2RS.

Guide Rollers

Jalman Precision Co., Ltd. manufactures two types of track roller bearings in general. One is stud type track roller and the other is yoke type track roller.
JMC stud type track roller bearing is composed of stud that works as the shaft, roller and the needle that is located between anterior part of roller and stud to help smooth rotation during operation.
Flange type shaft head and thrust fastening ring are non-removable type that guides the needle to move smoothly and guides the outer ring towards the axial direction.
Bearing steel is used for most components including roller, needle, fastening ring and shaft (greater than CF 12).
Generally, JMC stud type track rollers are non-separable bearings and are available in two types: cage type and filling type.
For the cage type, the needle is splitted between the shaft and the roller and grease acts between the needle to smooth the needle's rolling and is suitable for high speed and medium load.
On the other hand, a filling type full of needles without a cage is a non-separating type bearing which is subjected to low-speed rotation and high load and periodically refuelling.
Stud head of JMC stud type track roller has hex wrench socket where you can supply grease to needle through the inlet. For products larger than CF12, you can also supply oil through screw part of the stud.
Jalman Precision Co., Ltd. also supplies appropriate grease accessories such as special synthetic resin plugs for head hex wrench socket on the stud head, round plugs for covering hole of the stud thread and nipple.
Yoke type track rollers manufactured and supplied by us include NART, NAST, NUTR, NK, NA49, SL and NJ. JMC yoke type track rollers are composed of inner ring, outer ring, two fastening rings tightly fixed to the inner ring, cage and needle or needle only.
For NUTR, two additional fixing cores are added and only filling type is available. Most components including inner and outer ring, fixing ring and needle are made of high carbon chromium bearing steel.
Sealant type prevents lubrication oil leakage and is very suitable for preventing foreign body. Grease is supplied through oil filling hole on the inner ring. Especially, NAST series are separable track rollers where each part may be separated and is being used extensively among industry.
