IKO Cam Follower Stud Type CFES:

Since the stud is designed with eccentricity, by rotating the stud, alignment is possible, and adjustments can be made easily so that the load distribution to the outer ring outside diameter surface will be uniform. It is an eccentric cam follower with integrated structure in which attachment can be made to the same attachment holes as the Standard Cam Follower. The amount of eccentricity is 0.25 mm - 0.6 mm.

IKO Cam Follower CFE:

Since eccentric collar is fixed to the stud, positioning in the radial direction against the opposing track surface can be conducted easily.

IKO CAM Follower CF.W:

Since a special synthetic resin thrust washer that has excellent wear resistance and heat resistance is built into the sliding contact portions among both shoulder portions of the outer ring and stud head as well as the side plate, it will receive axial load of the outer ring generated by attachment errors, etc., and it has the effect of preventing wear and friction of the sliding surface.

IKO Cam Follower CF-RU1/CF-FU1:

Since tap hole processing is conducted on the stud for centralized piping, it is most suitable for places where centralized piping of oil supply is necessary.

IKO CAM Follower CFS Type:

This is a bearing that has extremely fine needle-type rollers built into the outer ring, and it is designed compactly so that the outside diameter of the outer ring is small in comparison with the stud diameter. It is used in electronics parts machinery, OA (Office Automation) equipment and small index devices.

IKO CAM Follower Heavy Duty NUCF:

This is a full complement roller bearing that has double row cylindrical rollers built into the outer ring. It is able to receive large radial load and a certain amount of axial load.

Product Details:

INA Cam Follower Bearing including KR, KRE & KRV stud type Cam follower bearings, as well as NUKR & NUKRE type Cam follower bearings. They are all available in INA brand.

The outer rings of regular ball and roller bearings are typically mounted in rigid housings providing support around the entire circumference. Individual roller forces are transmitted through the outer ring directly into the housing with no major deformations.

By contrast, cam followers and yoke rollers are supported at a single point on their circumference. Individual roller forces produce bending moments on the outer ring around the point of contact. The effects are outer ring deformation with reversed bending stresses in dynamic applications, a reduced load zone, and a higher maximum roller load.

INA Cam Followers:

To keep deformation to a minimum, the outer ring of a cam follower must have a considerably heavier cross section than a standard bearing. This requirement conflicts with the desire for maximum dynamic bearing capacity requiring as large of a roller diameter as possible.

THK Cam Follower Bearing is a compact bearing with a high-rigidity shaft and a built-in needle bearing. Most suitable as a guide roller for cam mechanisms and linear motion of automated machines and dedicated machines.

THK Model CF:

This model is a low-price Cam Follow having a driver groove or hexagon socket in the stud head. The all-stainless steel type (symbol M) is optimal for clean room applications since it does not develop rust from external atmosphere and generates little dust.

THK Model CFT:

Basically the same as the popular type Cam Follower, this model is provided with tapped holes for piping on the stud head and the thread. It is optimal for locations where an integrated piping system for greasing is required.

THK Model CFH:

This model can be installed in the same mounting hole as that of the popular type Cam Follower. Since the mounting shaft of the stud and the stud head are eccentric by 0.25 mm to 1.0 mm, the position of this model can easily be adjusted simply by turning the stud. Thus, it is a compact, highly accurate eccentric cam follower with an integral structure.

THK Model CFN:

Based on the popular type Cam Follower, this model is incorporated with thrust load balls. It is capable of receiving an axial load generated by a mounting error.

NTN track roller complete with stud instead of inner ring, which is designed to operate with its outer ring rolling on the track. These NTN stud type track rollers are applied to eccentric roller, guide roller, rocker arm roller,etc. Similarly to the roller followers. The Cam Followers is a highly rigid bearing, which consist of needle rollers between a shaft and a thick outer ring.

The thick outer ring is capable of bearing both large radial load and impact load while keeping direct contact with the guiding surface.

 

MINIATURE TYPE

The outside diameter of the outer ring is small compared to the stud diameter. Therefore, the bearings are used in compact product design.

EASY MOUNTING TYPE

The bearing has a stepped tapered portion on the stud, which makes its installation easy by just fixing a set screw to the stepped portion.

 

STANDARD TYPE

ECCENTRIC TYPE

The bearing shaft’s mounting part and the bearing part are eccentric. It is possible to adjust the distance between the bearing and the track by turning the shaft.

 

TAP HOLE TYPE

The bearing has tap hole for piping, which can be used in a concentrated lubrication system.

 

FULL COMPLEMENT DOUBLE ROW TYPE

The bearing has a full complement of cylindrical rollers in double row. It is capable of carrying large radial load.

 

S Lube Needle Bearings

S Lube Needle Bearings are bearings with solid-type lubricant moulded into the bearings.

S Lube is lubricant made of lubrication oil and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene that are solidified by heat treatment. It contains a large amount of lubrication oil. This type of solid lubricant allows the bearing to have a long service life by providing it with consistent lubrication oil in a proper amount.
